...to enhance and sustain a bond of brotherhood based on diverse skill sets among the membership, camaraderie and unique collaboration, and to serve our local communities proactively with programs and activities that will specifically have a positive impact on African American youth and the community at large.

...to be a formidable participant and advocate for change in the community it serves and active in creating and supporting cultural and educational enhancement programs and social,political and economic awareness activities through dedicated service and by fostering effective relationships with other community organizations, and partnerships in the public and private sectors at the state and local levels of government.
