Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit our chapter home on the web to find out what we are doing in the Prince George's County, Maryland community.
Since our chartering on March 18, 1979, our chapter has been a force in the community implementing programs that address the needs of the African-American males through our Guide Right initiatives as well as the needs of the county in general with our Social Action and Political Action initiatives. Being the oldest Kappa chapter in the county and two-time Paul W. Caine International Chapter of the Year award winner (1995 & 1997), our chapter has laid the foundation that other Kappa chapters in the county now follow.
Our chapter meets on the 1st Saturday of each month from September through June at 5:00 p.m. Jacket and tie is required dress. After our meetings, there is fellowship with food and libations as well as some "bonding" time at local establishments.
Please browse through our site to find out more information about the programs and activities we have done as well as the upcoming events. I'm sure that you will find our agenda for the year very progressive as we remain a leader in the county serving its residents. I am looking forward to you joining our chapter to help us forge ahead to serve the community and to be a part of our success story. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at Reclamation@hlkapsi.org
Thank you again for visiting our chapter home on the web and I hope you choose make it YOUR chapter home!
